A cult drink of Czechs to raise the spirits, which is an established part of our heritage.
This is a lightly alcoholic drink with an alcohol content of maximum 15%, suitable in particular for relaxation with friends and adding warmth to long winter evenings. Zufanek mead is produced from two-year maturing of fermented honey with traditional additions of herbs and spices which have proven themselves to ideally emphasise the characteristic aroma and taste, reminiscent of autogenous Tokai. All the honey used for production originates from our own bee farm.
