A very refined, lightly sweet liqueur.
Alcohol content 20%. The beverage is produced from extraction of special varieties of fresh sour cherries in a distillate with an addition of herbs and spices. The pure fruity character is slightly subdued, and the taste of sour cherries comes with a suggestion of a port wine bouquet. Sour cherry liqueur is excellent also in cocktails and very refreshing with a dash of ice.
