We have already sold wine brandy aged in oak barrels. It sold out in 2012, and we promised you another one in 2018. It didn’t work out. Until now!

Our longtime fans will remember that we introduced a very small run of oak barrel aged brandy in 2011. We promised another one for 2018, but it didn’t work out. In fact, we didn’t distill it until 2017, and three years later we’re launching it in the spring of 2021.

It’s a distillate from the Moravian wines of our winemaker friends, the most common being Green Veltliner variety.

We put it for three years in white oak barrels, which are burnt inside. It is the burnt (charred) wood that is behind the final colour, texture, flavour and sweetness of the original clear spirit.
