Zufanek Honey Liqueur

The Honey Liqueur was our first specialty. We made distillate from grapes and macerated virgin honeycombs, propolis and royal jelly into it. Just a few hundred litres a year are made due to limited production of propolis and royal jelly. The first batch was some 120 litres.

The label was designed by David Foldyna and his team called Telperion at the time.

Currently, we make some 500 litres of the Honey Liqueur a year, and the grape brandy was replaced by the distillate from mead as a source for maceration.
